Golden Yahya SARL ("we") is responsible for the personal data you give us on this website. This notice is given under Articles 87 and 88 of Lebanese Law No. 81/2018 on Electronic Transactions and Personal Data.

What we collect and why: your name, phone number and, for delivery, your address, so that we can prepare, deliver and confirm your order and contact you about it; your email address if you give it, to send you your order details; and your orders, which we must keep in our sales and tax records. Name, phone number and, for delivery, the address are required to place an order; email is optional.

Marketing: we send you offers only if you tick the marketing box at checkout. You can withdraw that consent at any time, free of charge, by contacting us or by using the unsubscribe link in any message.

Who receives your data: our staff who handle your order, the delivery company that brings it to you, and Leap, the company that hosts this store and processes the data for us. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it: order records, including your name, phone number and address, are kept for as long as Lebanese commercial, accounting and tax law requires us to keep sales records. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it.

Your rights: you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you and to have it corrected. We make corrections free of charge within 10 days of your request. Contact us using the details below.

We do not store card details: you pay cash on delivery or as agreed with us.
