Returns and refunds

Hookahs, hoses, bowls and other accessories, charcoal and sealed vape devices can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of receiving them, with the receipt, unused and in their original packaging. This 10-day right is given by Article 129 of Lebanese Law No. 81/2018 on Electronic Transactions and Personal Data.

Not returnable, for health reasons and under the Régie rules: tobacco, molasses (moassel), cigarettes, cigars and cigarillos, and vapes, pods and e-liquids once opened.

Faulty items are exchanged, and we pay the cost of returning them. Golden Yahya hookahs carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects (glass excluded).

To return or exchange an item, message us on WhatsApp (+961 76 979 790) or bring it to one of our shops. Once we have it, we refund what you paid, the way you paid, or exchange it.
